We have a dedicated team offering a reliable and friendly service offering expert support and advice to both our managed and non-managed tenants. We are often approached for advice via our Facebook page by friends of our tenants or those recommended by the Council or other Agents.
We don’t always have all the answers but will do our best to find them and to point you in the right direction for your queries. We will give honest and open advice regarding your rights and what to do if your landlord is not upholding their responsibilities.
We will also advise on what benefits you are entitled to and assist you to make a claim if need be, liaising with Councils and DWP where appropriate.
