Fully Managed – 10% of all rents collected – plus

AN INTRODUCTION FEE £250 for when a new tenant enters into a Tenancy Agreement: covering preparation of property, marketing, vetting tenants, inventory, preparation and signing of tenancy and checking in tenants

A MONTHLY COMMISSION of 10% of gross rent received

A BI-ANNUAL INSPECTION FEE to inspect the condition of the property and liaise with contractors over any repair issues – included

A CHECK OUT FEE £60 for when a tenant vacates a property, and the condition of the property and contents are checked against the inventory and arranging the return of the deposit via DPS

ANNUAL INCOME AND EXPENDITURE REPORT – £60 if required

SERVICE OF SECTION 8 OR 21 NOTICES and subsequent court paperwork and attendance at hearings as required until possession is gained – included

TENANT FIND ONLY – includes finding and referencing tenant, preparing tenancy and inventory, full sign up including taking deposit and informing all utilities, tenancy support for benefits if needed – pass on to landlord for ongoing management – £ three weeks rent
