As a tenant you have many rights you may not be aware of and we will work with you and the landlord to get things put right. We can also help you to get the benefits you are entitled to and to set up utilities as well as assist with debt advice. You do not have to be a tenant in one of our managed properties but can seek advice at any time.
We work together with tenants, landlords and councils and mediate between parties to save the tenancy if possible and will always look to do this before moving forward with an eviction.

With over thirty years’ experience, and trained by both Chartered Institute of Housing, ARLA and Shelter we have a wide knowledge of housing legislation including homeless law, HHSRS, property management and eviction procedures as well as currently training in tenancy support to include universal credit, debt management, mental health first aid and counselling. Our staff are DBS checked, the Company has full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and are accredited with Medway Council and National Residential Landlords Association. Meet the Team
Having worked in the industry for over 30 years Joy set up this company to specialise in benefit and vulnerable tenants and tenancy sustainment, alongside more standard assured shorthold tenancies for working tenants. Constantly training and working alongside National Residential Landlords Association, Citizens Advice Bureau, and council departments to give the best service possible to both landlords and tenants.
Now specialising in evictions alongside tenancy sustainment. With over 300 successful evictions in the past 20 years I took over the ‘The Eviction Lady’ company in 2020 and handle anything from a simple Section 21 No Fault to complicated arrears and anti social behaviour cases. I was awarded the Women in Business Inspired Achievement runner up in 2023 and continue to work tirelessly for both landlords and tenants.
Providing all levels of support both in and out of the office. As well as carrying a number of qualifications, Dayzee has a wealth of experience in customer facing roles and therefore offers excellent front line support to tenants and landlords.
Recently Dayzee has set up her own Health and Safety company and is a qualified Nebosh assessor.
